Parenting My Son With A Straight-Face

Welcome to Grant's World! This blog will strive to describe the daily antics of our now 4 year old son, Grant.

Grant had a big day yesterday: we (Mom, Grant and I) went to the local farmer's market in the morning. Our goal was not to purchase fresh, local produce, but rather to get Grant's face painted and let him jump himself crazy in the bouncehouse. He wore his little "Incredibles" t-shirt (If you've not seen this movie it's really worth a watch). We had a mask painted on his face so he was officially Mr. Incredible, and with his newly found superpowers was able to consume massive amounts of ice cream and bounce higher than any other toddler his age.

(Meanwhile back at the Hall of Justice...AKA "Home" Joel was happily monitoring the UT game).

After flying us to the mall and Costco, the little superhero needed to recharge and took a 2 hour nap (all was right in the universe).

A quiet evening at home with a few friends who stopped over was the perfect ending to the day.
